The Core Material Definition B.I. reveals information about the application of a core material to the supports of a product's structure.

Color Code

When the Core Material Definition B.I. is selected, the following colors are applied to the objects in the tree and in the 3D area:

Color Signification Description


Material definition complete The material definition is considered to be complete if a core material is assigned to any of the following:
  • The product definition.
  • All of the 3D shapes included in the product.
  • All of the features that comprise the 3D shape definitions included in the product.


Material definition incomplete The product, one or more of its 3D shapes, or one or more of the features used by the 3D shapes are missing a core material assignment.


Undetermined The product includes 3D shapes for which it is not possible to determine if the material definition is complete.

Label

When the Core Material Definition B.I. is selected and you select an object in the 3D area, a label appears to indicate the color shading status.
