Factory Flow Status

The Factory Flow Status B.I. reveals whether resources of a factory flow are correctly defined. In this specific case, resources also include product flows and in and out zones.

When the Factory Flow Status B.I. is selected, the following colors are applied to the resources in the tree and in the 3D area:

Incorrect definition

The resource is not defined correctly because:

  • No product is defined in the Product Flow Details area of the Edit Product Flow dialog box
  • No input product is defined for transform or transfer activities associated with the resource
  • Input and output products are defined in the resource activity but not in the product flow
  • More than one output product is defined in the activity associated with the resource (except for transform activities)
  • No input or output products are defined in the transform activity associated with the resource
  • A same activity is associated twice with the same resource
  • Create activities associated with an in zone have different duration values (Inter-Arrival Time)



Possible error in definition

The resource is not defined correctly because:

  • The same product is defined twice as input or output in an activity
  • The same product is defined as input and output in a transform activity



Correct definition The resource is part of the factory flow and correctly defined


Not used in the flow The resource is not part of the factory flow
