Operation to Non-working Resource Assignment Status

When the Operation to Non-working Resource Assignment Status B.I. is selected, colored squares appear next to operation nodes in the tree.

Color	Signification	Description
	Assigned operation	The operation is assigned to a non-working resource.
	Assignable operation	The operation is not yet assigned to a non-working resource, but can be assigned when taking into account assignment rules and scopes.
	Non-assignable operation	The operation cannot be assigned. Considering the scopes, some operations cannot be assigned because this would lead to the violation of assignment or scope rules.
