Interferences

The Interferences B.I. reveals information about all the interferences, except out of scope interferences, that exist in a simulation.

Color Code

When the Interferences B.I. is selected, the following colors are applied to the objects in the tree and in the 3D area:

Color Signification Description


Clash Indicates that the selected object is having a clash. When you select Clash from the legends in the B.I. Essentials panel, labels appear on all the objects which have the clash.


Contact Indicates that the selected object is having a contact. When you select Contact from the legends in the B.I. Essentials panel, labels appear on all the objects which have the contact.


Clearance Indicates that the selected object is having a clearance. When you select Clearance from the legends in the B.I. Essentials panel, labels appear on all the objects which have the clearances.


No interference Indicates that the selected object is having no interference. When you select No interference from the legends in the B.I. Essentials panel, labels appear on all the objects which do not have any interferences.


Not applicableIndicates that the selected object is not applicable for computing the interference. When you select Not applicable from the legends in the B.I. Essentials panel, labels appear on the objects that are not applicable.

Label

When the Interferences B.I. is selected and you select an object in the 3D area, a label is displayed. The label contains the following attributes, with number of corresponding occurrences as a prefix:
