Configuring Events

You can choose which events for the supported types.

All events are initially disabled until an Administrator enables them.

Before you begin: Credentials Lifecycle Management (CLM) must be used to create a CLM agent to integrate with the external system.
  1. In the row for the required object type, click the event you want to enable or disable.

    If you cannot change any settings, you likely need to create at least one CLM agent.

  2. Click Save.
  3. If this is the first time the selected event has been enabled, reload the cache. The first time you enable an event, you must reload the cache for the event to be taken into account.

The app publishes messages for the selected events after they have been indexed. If a consumer app is not available to receive the message, it remains in the queue for 24 hours, after which the message expires.
