Deleting Logs

You can search through event logs in order to delete them.

  1. Click Audit, then the Logs tab to view the content of the logs.
  2. Type a full username or email address, then click Search.

    You can scroll through the different pages using the controls at the bottom of the page.

  3. Click on any line to display log information related to that line.

    Click in a message to get stack trace information.

    To exit the associated log viewer, click .

  4. Click Advanced to set advanced search criteria.

    The search criteria are:

    Username or email
    Filter by username or email address.
    Message
    Filter by message.
    Level of logs
    Filter by log level:
    • TRACE
    • DEBUG
    • INFO
    • IMPORTANT
    • WARN
    • ERROR
    • FATAL.
    Tags
    Log type filter. Scroll down the list to display the log types:
    • ADMINOPS
    • USERAUDIT
    • TASK
    • FRAUD
    • CONFIGURATION
    • FUNCTIONAL
    • EXCEPTION
    • TECHNICAL
    • MESSAGE
    • CAS
    • TRACABILITY
    • SCHEDULER
    • SERVICE
    • PERFORMANCE
    • SAML
    • SOAP
    From date
    Click and specify the date and time from which to search.
    To date
    Click and specify the end date and time for searching.
    From time
    Click and specify the date and time from which to search.
    To time
    Click and specify the end date and time for searching.
    Sort results
    Sort search results in ascending or descending order.
    Maximum number of results
    Limit the number of results you want to display.

  5. Click Search logs to perform the search.

    The search results are displayed at the bottom of the page.

  6. Click Delete logs to delete the logs.
  7. Click Clear filter to clear and reset the search criteria.
