3DPlay Section for Simulation Display

The 3DPlay section of the action bar provides commands for defining the visibility of simulation content.

Some of the commands are app specific. Other commands are standard commands. For information about standard commands, see 3DEXPERIENCE Native Apps.

Note: There is no Tools section available for simulation data. Refer to Physics Simulation Review for this information.

Play
Opens the animation player and plays the animation of the simulated results.

Choose Content
Lets you choose the simulation content to display in the work area.

Hide/Show
Hides or shows components of the simulation.

Hide/Show Legend
Hides or shows the legend.

Hide/Show Min & Max
Hides or shows the minimum and maximum in a plot.

Switch Transparency
Switches transparency of components in your simulation.

Switch Material
Switches material rendering style between color-coded display and realistic view.

Display Side Panel
Displays information about the selected objects in different tabs of a side panel.
