Replaying an Animation

You can replay the result of a Mechanical Systems Experience simulation in 3DPlay and navigate between different animations.

Before you begin:
  • Export the result of a simulation.
  • Open 3DPlay.
  • Set the product or subproduct including the mechanism as active.
  1. To open the file, drag the content to open and drop it in the 3DPlay widget.
  2. In the View tab, click Scenario Chooser and select Animation Player.
    The Kinematics tab appears in the action bar.
  3. Click the Kinematics tab and select Play Animation.
    The animation starts automatically.
  4. During the animation, it is possible to:

    • Click to pause the animation.
    • Click or to pause the animation and skip to the previous or next frame.
    • Click to replay the animation automatically.
    • Click to move the camera around, and right-click or middle-click to zoom in or out.

  5. Optional: If the file includes several animations, click Choose Animation to open the Kinematics Animations panel and select an animation to play it.
