General Properties

Field NameDescription
Part NameThe name of the selected part. Click the name to navigate to the detailed view of this part.
Part Revision

The revision level of the selected part.

Part Description

The description of the selected part.

Part Revision DateThe date on which the part was last revised.
Type

The object type.

State

The state of the part.

Weight (Reference)The reference weight of the part.
Unit Of MeasureThe base unit of measure.
WeightThe calculated weight of the part.
Absolute Weight Deviation

The deviation (0 to 100%) between the calculated weight and the reference weight of the part. This is calculated as follows:

If the calculated weight < = reference weight: deviation = 100 * (1 - calc weight/ref weight)

If the calculated weight > reference weight: deviation = 100 * (1 - ref weight/calc weight)

Unreported Component Parts

This section of the report lists the unreported enterprise parts and MEPs found in the BOM. If the unreported part is an enterprise part then only the Enterprise Part fields are populated. If the unreported part is an MEP then both the Enterprise Part and Manufacturer Equivalent Part fields are populated. In this case the Enterprise Part fields show the Enterprise Part that the MEP is an equivalent of. The following is displayed:

RevisionThe revision level the Enterprise Part.
DescriptionThe description the Enterprise Part.
ManufacturerThe supplier of the unreported MEP.
Manufacturer LocationThe supplier location of the unreported MEP.
NameThe name of the unreported MEP.
Revision The revision level of the unreported MEP.
DescriptionThe description of the unreported MEP.
Material Declaration NameThe auto-generated name of the last Material Declaration associated with the MEP. This is only shown if the last Material Declaration has the state "Requested", "Submitted", "Received", or "Rejected".
Material Declaration State The state of the last Material Declaration associated with the MEP. This is only shown if the last Material Declaration has the state "Requested", "Submitted", "Received" or "Rejected".
Material Declaration Due Date The due date of the last Material Declaration associated with the MEP. This is only shown if the last Material Declaration has the state "Requested", "Submitted", "Received", or "Rejected".
