Generating the WEEE Classification Report

The WEEE classification report shows, for selected parts, the WEEE classifications for a selected country and weight unit of measure. The WEEE classification report is available only with RoHS data management. All users can invoke this report.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Reader
  • App-specific: Compliance Reviewer

The WEEE classification report can be generated for one or more of these parts: parts imported or manually created in Materials Compliance Management or Engineering BOM Management, and plant-specific parts.

Use the Compliance menu to access this report. You can find this menu on the toolbar of any of these pages:

  • Properties page for a part
  • Compliance View page for a part
  • Equivalents category for a part
  • Bill Of Materials for the part

  1. Click Compliance > Reports > WEEE Classification Report.
  2. Select options for generating the report.

    Field NameDescription
    CountryThe country for the WEEE classifications.
    Part Weight Unit of MeasureThe unit of measure used for the part weight.

  3. Click Submit. The Report Output section shows the progress of the report. When ready, click WEEE Classification Report.
