Context View

This section displays detailed information about the selected context.

Context

Displays the selected category name and its description.

Filters

Lists all the available filters and applied filters. You can create new filters by selecting various parameters from the available filtering options and click Add Filter . To remove an already applied filter, click Remove Filter .

Event List

Displays a list of events with some specific properties in a tabular format. The event list can be sorted using any of the columns except Description and Processing Details.To display a fixed number of rows in a page, select a number from the Show list. Links are available for remaining event list pages (if any). The link in the ID column provides detailed information about the event in the Event Details panel.

Event Details

The Event Details panel consists of event parameters like ID, Original Event ID, Event Name, Queue Type, Processing Result and Available Logs.

The Original Event ID parameter is available only if, an event is a sub-event like feedback event, transfer LOC notice or any event having original event parameter. The link in Original Event ID provides detailed information about the original event in another Event Details panel.

The Available Logs attribute lists all the logs associated with the event. By clicking the hyperlink of the available logs you can download the logs from file server and by clicking you can also remove the logs from file server.

Available actions

Displays the actions that can be performed on the selected events from the event list. Different types of actions are available for different categories.

Available actions Categories or StatesDescription
CancelBlocking, In Processing, Waiting for Processing, File Transfer and QueuedCancels the selected events which are being processed, waiting for processing, file transfer or are in queue. After cancellation these events are visible in the Canceled events category.
Retry BlockingRetries the processing of the selected failed events.

Note: If you select Include debug information, logs are generated along with the debug information.

Delete Finished and CanceledDeletes all the finished or canceled events available in gateway database.

Note: If you select Cleanup related information, the logs and other related files are deleted from the local directories and fileserver.
