Accessing XPDMImportExportBatch

You can access XPDMImportExportBatch from the Exchange Management app.

Environment: On premises only

  1. Enter your username or your email address and your password and click Log in.
    The home page appears.
  2. In the Members, section of the Members & Roles widget, click Details in the member's ID card to whom you want to grant the role.
    The member's details dialog box displays the list of granted roles in the Roles tab. You can click View all other roles to see the list of available roles.

    Note: The MUX role should be granted to the user. But, to import CATIA V5 data without MUX role in without geometrical conversion mode, you must install Import XPDMXML without Geometrical Conversion component and have UE5 role assigned.

  3. From the compass, click My Social and Collaborative Apps .
    A list of accessible apps appear.
  4. Click Exchange Management app.

    The Exchange Management app session starts.

    Note: Only during the first time access of XPDMImportExportBatch, all the components related to the batch gets downloaded on the client side.
  5. From the secondary area of Tools section of the action bar, click Utility....
    The Batch Monitor dialog box appears.
  6. Double-click XPDMImportExportBatch from the list.
    The XPDMImportExportBatch dialog box appears.
