Associating POAs

You can search and associate POAs to the artwork file that is open in Adobe Illustrator.

Before you begin: Ensure that you are logged on to 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
  1. In the Artwork Assembly panel, click Get Details & Link POA.
  2. In the first list, select one of the following.
    • Assigned: Searches only the POAs that are assigned to you. This option is selected by default.
    • All: Searches all POAs.
  3. In the second list, select the search criteria.
    • POA Name
    • Artwork Package
    • Place of Origin
    • Countries
  4. In the box, enter your search query.
  5. Click Search.
    The search results appear and display a list of matching POAs.
  6. Perform any of the following actions.
    • Click to associate the artwork file to the file open in Adobe Illustrator.

      If the POA is in the Release or the Obsolete state, a message appears. You cannot check in an artwork file in a POA that is in the Obsolete state. If the artwork file is already associated to a POA, a message appears notifying that the artwork file will be disconnected from the existing POA and added to the selected POA.

    • Select the POA to search for and download artwork templates.
