Searching for Artwork Templates

You can search for artwork templates and either download the artwork template or associate it with an artwork file.

This task shows you how to:

Search for Artwork Templates from POAs

You can first search for POAs and then search for artwork templates associated to a specific POA.

From the search results, select a POA.
The artwork template search options appear.
In the first list, select one of the following.
- Associated: Searches only the artwork templates that are associated to the selected POA. This option is selected by default.
- All: Searches all artwork template files that are in the same product line as the POA.
In the second list, select the search criteria.
- Artwork Template Name
- Title
- Product Name
- Place of Origin
- Assigned to POA
- Countries
In the box, enter your search query.
Click Search.
The search results appear and display a list of matching artwork templates.
Click to download the artwork template.
A warning message appears notifying that the artwork template will be associated and the POA and the artwork file associated with the POA will not be available anymore. If you click Ok, the artwork template is downloaded.

You can search for artwork templates directly from the Artwork Template panel.

From the Artwork Template panel, click .
The artwork template search options appear.
From the list, select the search criteria.
- Artwork Template Name
- Artwork Template Title
- Place of Origin
- POA Associated
In the box, enter your search query.
Click Search.
The search results appear and display a list of matching artwork templates.
Click .
The artwork template file is downloaded.
A message appears if the artwork template is in the Release or the Obsolete state. You cannot check in an artwork template file in an artwork template that is in the Obsolete state.
