Searching for POAs

You can search for POAs in 3DEXPERIENCE platform from Adobe Illustrator.

Before you begin: Ensure that you are logged on to 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
  1. In the Artwork Assembly panel, click Search POA.
  2. In the first list, select one of the following.
    • Assigned: Searches only the POAs that are assigned to you. This option is selected by default.
    • All: Searches all POAs.
  3. In the second list, select the search criteria.
    • POA Name
    • POA Title
    • Place of Origin
    • Countries
    • Languages
    • Artwork Usage
  4. In the box, enter your search query.
  5. Click Search.
    The search results appear and display a list of matching POAs.
  6. Perform any of the following actions.
    • Click to download the artwork file.

      A message appears notifying that you are about to download an artwork file without an artwork template. If the POA is in the Release or the Obsolete state, it is mentioned in the message. You cannot check in an artwork file in a POA that is in the Obsolete state.

    • Select the POA to search for and download artwork templates.

If you open an artwork (.ai) file in Adobe Illustrator directly, a message appears if any mapped text or image frames were deleted using another instance of Adobe Illustrator that does not have Connector for Artwork Copy Adobe Illustrator installed.
