Working with Resource Requests

This section describes creating and fulfilling a resource request. The Program and Contract Management app expands upon the basic task assignment capabilities of Project Management by allowing the Program Manager, Project Manager, and Program Planning and Control Analyst to create Resource Requests for a task or a group of tasks and allow the applicable Organizational Manager, Functional Manager, or Skill Manager to fulfill the requests by assigning users.
