Contract Template List

You can list all the contract templates for a contract.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Reader
  • App-specific: Global User

To access this page:

  1. List the app categories for Program and Contract Management.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Contracts > Contract Templates .

Column NameDescription
NameThe name of the contract template.
Prime ContractThe contract connected to the contract template.
ProgramThe program connected with the contract template.
Business UnitThe business unit responsible for the contract template.
RevisionThe number of revisions for the contract template.
Customer NameThe name of the customer connected to the contract template.
OriginatedThe date the contract template was created.
OwnerThe user currently responsible for the contract template.
StateThe current lifecycle state of the contract template.
DescriptionThe detailed description of the contract template.
Opens the contract template in a new window.

Create Contract Template The Leader or Contracts Manager can create a new contract template, copy a template, or create from a template. Creating Contract Templates
ReviseRevises the contract template.—
Delete Selected Deletes a selected contract template.—
