Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Leader, Owner
  • App-specific: Contracts Manager, Data Manager, Program Controls Specialist, Subcontract Administrator, Subcontractor

To access this page:

  1. Click Home .
  2. In the navigation pane, click Program Mgmt > Contracts > WBSE.

WBSE IDThe id for the WBSE.
RevisionThe number of revisions for the WBSE.
(Active Change Exists)Indicates that an active change exists for the WBSE.
(Higher Revision Exists)Indicates that a higher revision exists for the WBSE.
Configuration ContextThe configuration context required to configure the product revision or option effectivity associated with this object.
WBS SpecificationShows the related WBS Specification.

Alpha WBSEAlphabetical determination of the WBS number generally signified as A1, A11, A111.
WBSE TitleThe title for the WBSE.
DescriptionThe description of the WBSE.
WBSE ManagerThe manager responsible for the WBSE.
Charge NumberThe charge number connected to the WBSE.
SOW Document NumberThe Statement of Work document number.
RecurringYes or No to identify whether or not the WBSE describes a recurring or a nonrecurring task.
WBSE Start DateThe date work on the WBSE will start and is in the Active state.
WBSE Stop DateThe date work on the WBSE will stop and is in the Closed state.
StatusThe current lifecycle state of the WBSE.
