Adding Existing Contract Requirement Structure and/or Derived Contract Requirement Structure.

You can add existing contract requirement structure and derived contract requirement structure from the contract requirements structure browser.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Leader
  • App-specific: Contracts Manager, contract owner

Before you begin: A contract requirement must exist.

  1. To add a contract requirement from the contract requirement structure browser, do one of the following:
    • Click Home .
    • In the navigation pane, click Contract Requirements.
    • Select the check box next to the contract requirement.
    • Click Actions > Insert Existing > Sub Contract Requirement or Derived Contract Requirement .

    Or

    • Open the contract part and section with contract requirements as an artifact.
    • Select the check box next to the contract requirement.
    • From the toolbar, click Actions > Insert Existing > Sub Contract Requirement or Derived Contract Requirement .
  2. From the Search page, click to search for existing sub contract or derived contract requirements.
  3. Click OK.

The Sub Contract Requirement Structure or the Derived Contract Requirement Structure is listed below the contract requirement.
