Opening a Contract Part

When a contract is created, the Uniform Contract Format (UCF) bookmark is created. By default, the contract parts and sections are implemented to correspond with the UCF. You can access these categories of information for a contract part.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Leader, Owner
  • App-specific: Contracts Manager, owner of the contract

Before you begin: Program and Contract Management must be the active app.
  1. Open a contract. For more information, see Opening a Contract.
  2. In the navigation pane, click UCF.
  3. Click the contract part to open. You can use these categories in the navigation pane to view more details related to the contract part

    Contract Part Name — Lists the sections and artifacts connected to the contract part. Contract Parts List

    Customer Extensions — Lists the additional attributes identified by a customer. —
