Contract Parts List

You can list the contract parts and sections connected to the contract or subcontract part.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Leader
  • App-specific: Contracts Manager, owner of the contract

To access this page:

  1. Open a contract or subcontract. For more information, see Opening a Contract or Opening a Subcontract.
  2. In the navigation pane, click .
    Note: You can click to view the structure menu of the contract or subcontract.
  3. In the navigation pane, click UCF.
  4. Click a part.

Column NameDescription
NameThe contract part name.
TypeThe type of object.
RevisionThe revisions for a contract part.
(Active Change Exists) Indicates that an active change exists for the contract part.
TitleThe title given the contract part.
DescriptionThe detailed description of the contract part.
Page NumberThe page number for the contract part.
Heading TextThe heading text for the contract part.
ArtifactsThe artifacts listed in the contract part.
Section NumberThe section number of the contract part.
