Create Project
You can create project in several ways.
Before you begin: Program and Contract Management
must be the active app.

To create a project, do one of the following:
- List the app categories for Program and Contract Management.
- In the navigation pane, click Program Mgmt > Projects.
- From the page Actions menu or toolbar, click Create Project > Create New, Copy From, Import From, or From Template.
Or
- From the top bar, click Add .
- Click Program Mgmt > Create Project > Create New, Copy From, Import From, or From Template.
Or
- Open a program.
- In the navigation pane, click Projects.
- From the page Actions menu or toolbar, click Create Project > Create New, Copy From, Import From, or From Template.
Or
- Open a contract.
- In the navigation pane, click Projects.
- From the page Actions menu or toolbar, click Create Project > Create New, Copy From, Import From, or From Template.

Select how to create the contract:
- Create New - Creates a blank project. You will have to enter basic information to create the new project.
- Copy From - Creates a project from a copy of an existing project. The existing project attributes, such as Type and Project Date, are copied to the new project. You will have to enter the basic information for the new project.
- Import From - Creates a project from an imported .csv file.
- From Template - Creates a project from an applicable project template. This is the most common method for creating a project when an organization uses standard project processes.
Depending on your selection, a form will open to create a project.
