Editing Certification/Validation Properties

You can modify the details of a certification/validation project.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Administrator, Leader
  • App-specific: Contracts Manager

Before you begin: Access the Properties page for the certification/validation project. For more information, see Certification/Validation Project Properties.

  1. In the navigation pane of the certification project, click Details.
  2. Click the Properties tab.
  3. From the page Actions menu, click Edit .
  4. Edit any of these details:
    Field NameDescription
    Policy Project Space is the policy that governs the lifecycle of the certification project.
    Project NumberEnter the number given the certification/validation project.
    Project OwnerClick to select the user currently responsible for the certification project.
    Business UnitThe business unit currently responsible for the certification project.
    ComplexitySelect the complexity of the certification project from the list: Low, Medium, High, or N/A.
    Due Date OffsetEnter the due date offset.
    Enable DRL NotificationsSelect Yes to enable DRL notifications or select No to disable DRL notifications from the list.
    PrioritySelect Low, Medium, High, or N/A from the list.
    Priority Complexity WeightingSelect the value from the list.
    Schedule FromSelect Project Start Date or Project Finish Date from the list.
    ProgramClick to select the program connected to the certification project.
    DescriptionEnter a detailed description of the certification project.
    Default ConstraintThe default constraint for certification project tasks: As Soon As Possible or As Late As Possible.
  5. Click Done.
