Editing Proposed Project Properties

You can modify the proposed project.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Leader
  • App-specific: Contracts Manager, owner

Creating a Project
  1. From the page Actions menu or toolbar, click Edit .
  2. Edit any of these details:
    Field Name Description
    Policy Project Concept is the policy that governs the lifecycle of a proposed project.
    Type The type is defaulted to Project Concept.
    Project Number The number for the proposed project.
    Project Owner The user currently responsible for the proposed project. Click to change the owner.
    Business Unit The business unit currently responsible for the proposed project. Click to change the business unit.
    CAGE Code The 5-digit value that should be the CAGE code of the organization preparing the proposed project.
    Other Attributes
    PGO Probability of GO is the probability that the project will actually happen.
    PWIN Probability of WIN is the probability that the proposal will win through the customer's proposal process.
    Schedule From Shows the proposed project schedule from the Project Start Date or the Project Finish Date.
    Program List the program connected to the proposed project.
    Description A detailed description of the proposed project.
    Default Constraint The default constraint for proposed project tasks. If the default is set to As Soon As Possible, then the constraint type will default to As Soon As Possible. If not, then the default constraint type will be set to As Late As Possible.
    Calendar The available calendars are listed for the proposed project. Click to add a new calendar or to remove a selected calendar.
  3. Click Done.
