Creating an Artwork Annotation

You can create an artwork annotation document and associate it with a POA. An artwork annotation document contains annotations for an artwork related to a POA.

  1. From the Annotations page toolbar, click Create New Annotation.
  2. In the Specify Details page, enter the following details.
    Field NameDescription
    NameType a name for the artwork annotation document. You can select the AutoName check box to create a system-generated name for the annotation document .
    TypeShows Artwork Annotation. This field is not editable.
    PolicySelect the policy Artwork Annotation.
    TitleType a title for the artwork annotation document.
    DescriptionDescribe the artwork annotation document.
  3. Click Next.
  4. In the Upload Files page, browse and select a file to upload, add a comment for the file, and click Done.
    You can upload multiple files. You can also click Previous to go to the Specify Details and update the details, if required.

The artwork annotation document is created and listed in the Annotations page of the POA.
