Opening Change Questionnaires to Respond

You can access and respond to all of the change-related questionnaires for a change request or change order created from a change template.

Required access roles: Change Administrator, Change Coordinator, or owner of the change request or change order


Before you begin: Change Management must be a component of the active app.
  1. Click .
  2. In the navigation pane, click My Changes.
  3. Click the Change Order or Change Request page tab.
  4. Select the change order or change request.
  5. In the navigation pane, click Change Questionnaire.
