In a tool, use the 
lasso to
select data. Selecting data in one tool automatically selects the data in the Primary Data
table and other tools.

- Select a single data point.
- Drag your cursor around consecutive data points.
- Hold CTRL to select nonconsecutive data points.
To clear your selection, click the white space in the tool.
When selected, the color of selected data points change to red. If you have other tools that contain the same data points, the data points are also automatically highlighted in those tools.
