Examining the Heat Map

You can access all candidates in a project and to see if there are results available corresponding to these candidates for the project specifications. The Heat Map provides several features to collect these data in informative overviews.

Before you begin:
  • Your project must include at least one candidate.
  • The Discovery Decision Path must define at least one element.

  1. In a project, select the Heat Map tab.
The Heat Map displays a grid for all combinations of candidates and Discovery Decision Pathelements in the project.
  2. Click to view the legend for the Heat Map.

    • - no results available.
    • - the result satisfies requirements.
    • - the result does not satisfy requirements.

This fills grid with colors according to the corresponding Consolidated Answer: whether results are available and, if so, whether a candidate satisfies the conditions defined in the specification. Each cell corresponds to the combination of a specification (Characteristic, Question, Test, and Protocol) and a candidate - the row and column respectively in the default view.
