Add Users
You can add users to any shared page on which you have the write permission.
- On the page to which you want to add users, click Modify current page , and select Share Page .

From the dialog box, either:
Option Steps Specify users one by one - In the box corresponding to the permission you want to grant, start entering the name or username of the user you want to share the page with.
- From the list of suggestions that appeared as you typed, click the
name of the user you want to share the page with.
The name of the user is added under the box.
Note: If no list appeared as you typed, enter the full name or username of the user you want to share the page with and click Add . - Verify that the following icon is displayed next to the name of the user: . This icon indicates that the name belongs to a single user; not to a group of users. If it is not displayed, click Click to change entity to a single user .
- Repeat steps from a. to c. for each user you want to share the page with.
Give permission to all users at once Select All on the permission line corresponding to the permission you want to give them. - Click Apply.
An instance of the page is added to the application of all the users you have added.
