Decision Properties Page

The Properties page for a Decision lists details about the Decision and provides access to additional categories of related information.

Required access roles: If you have access to the parent of a Decision, you have access to this page.

To access this page:

  1. Open the required Decision. See Opening a Decision.
  2. In the navigation pane, click the name of the Decision.

Fields

Field Name Description
Name The name of the Decision (could be an AutoName).
Type The object type, Decision.
Revision The revision of the Decision.
Title A short title for the Decision.
Description A brief description of the Decision.
State The current lifecycle state of the Decision.
Owner The current owner of the Decision.
Originator The person who created the Decision.
Originated Date The date the Decision was created.
Modified Date The date the Decision was most recently modified.
Policy The policy that governs the Decision's lifecycle.

Subscribe Subscribes to or unsubscribes from this Decision. Subscriptions Page
Edit Edits the Decision. Click Done when finished.

Decisions can be edited in the Active or Release state.
