Where Used Page for a Decision

A Decision can be associated with any number of objects, such as an ECO, Bookmark Workspace, meeting, and so on. Before working with a Decision, it might be helpful to view the items that Decision is associated with. You can also use the Where Used page to add and remove associated items from the Decision.

Required access roles: If you have access to the parent of a Decision, you have access to this page.

To access this page:

  1. Open the required Decision. See Opening a Decision.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Where Used.

Columns

Column Name Description
Name The name of the object; click to view the Properties page for that object.
Type The type of object that uses the Decision.
Revision The revision of the object
Description A description of the object.
Owner The current owner of the object.
State The current lifecycle state of the object.
Click to view the Properties page for the object in a separate window.
