Bookmark Root Template Properties Page

The Properties page for a Bookmark Root Template lists information about the Bookmark Root Template. A Leadercan also see user-level Bookmark Root Template created by employees of their company.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Contributor
  • App-specific: All

To access this page:

  1. Open the required Bookmark Root Template. See Predefined Queries.
  2. In the navigation pane, click the name of the Bookmark Root Template.

Fields

Field Name Description
Name The name of the Bookmark Root Template.
Revision The revision number for the Bookmark Root Template. Each time a Bookmark Root Template is updated and saved, the system increments the revision number. The page only shows the highest revision of each Bookmark Root Template.
Owner The person who saved the Bookmark Root Template version.
Originated The date the revision of the Bookmark Root Template was created.
Description A summary of the information in the Bookmark Root Template.
Availability User means the Bookmark Root Template is available only to you. Enterprise means the Bookmark Root Template is available to anyone with the Contributor access role for creating Bookmark Roots. Bookmark Root members cannot change Enterprise-level Bookmark Root Template but can save them under a different name.

Actions/Toolbar Commands

Action Description
Edit Makes changes to the Bookmark Root Template attributes.

If you change the Bookmark Root Template name, a new template is created, leaving the existing Bookmark Root Template unchanged. You can delete the old template from the Bookmark Root Template page.
