Person Properties

The Properties page lists the information about a person. You can view and edit your own profile information, but you need one of the listed access roles to edit another person's properties.

Required access roles to edit someone else's properties:

  • Baseline: Administrator
  • App-specific: Organization Manager, Company Representative

To access this page, perform one of these tasks:

  • View any page that lists persons and click the name of the person.

You must have the Administrator, Organization Manager, or Company Representative access role to perform these actions.

Action Description
Edit Details Edits the properties. When finished, click Done.
Activate/Deactivate Activates or deactivates the person (toggles between the active and inactive states).

When you deactivate a user, if that user has any assigned licenses, the 3DEXPERIENCE platform asks if you want to remove all licenses from that user. Click OK to remove licenses and deactivate the user; click Cancel to deactivate the user without removing the licenses.
Switch To Full User For a user with a casual license (40 hours per month), switches the license to full (unlimited hours per month). All licenses assigned to the user are changed from casual to full.

If the user had app licenses assigned to them, the licenses are revoked. You can use the Product License category to assign full licenses to the user for any required apps.

Switch to Casual User For a user with a full (unlimited) license, switches the license to casual (40 hours per month).
