Potential Suppliers Page

When using RFQ Management, your company can include supplier companies in an RFQ if the supplier is listed as a potential supplier for your company. You can select any supplier company defined in the 3DEXPERIENCE platform as a potential supplier. You can only access the Potential Suppliers page if you also use RFQ Management.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Administrator
  • App-specific: Organization Manager, Company Representative

To access this page:

  1. From the Compass, select Social and Collaborative Apps .
  2. In the navigation pane, click Collaboration and Approvals.
  3. In the navigation pane, click Experience Configuration > Advanced Profile Configuration > Potential Suppliers.

Activate Changes the state of checked suppliers to active. --
Deactivate Changes the state of checked suppliers to inactive. --
Remove as Potential Suppliers Removes checked suppliers, click OK to confirm. --
