Subscriptions Page

This page lists the events that you currently subscribe to.

Required access roles: All

To access this page:

  1. Make Collaboration and Approvals the active app
  2. In the navigation pane, click Collaboration and Approvals > Subscriptions.

Columns

Column Name Description
Name The name of the object that is subscribed to. Click to view the object's Properties page.
Revision The revision identifier for the object.
Type The object type, such as a message, route, or document.
Description The object's description.
Event The event subscribed to for the object.
New window Click to open the subscribed-to object in a separate window.

Actions/Toolbar Commands

Action Description
Remove Removes the selected subscription. In effect, unsubscribes you from that event.
