You can change an issue's type to reclassify an issue.
Required access roles:

Contributor
App-specific: Issue Manager, Analyst
Before you begin:
Open the required issue. See

Click
Change Type
from the Actions menu or the page toolbar.
In
New Type
, click
to select the new type. See

for instructions.
Click
Done
.
