Changing an Issue's Type

You can change an issue's type to reclassify an issue.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Contributor
  • App-specific: Issue Manager, Analyst


Before you begin: Open the required issue. See Opening an Issue.
  1. Click Change Type from the Actions menu or the page toolbar.
  2. In New Type, click to select the new type. See Selecting a Type for instructions.
  3. Click Done.
