Opening an Issue

In the navigation pane, click Issues Summary.

Click the name of the required issue. You can use the categories in the navigation pane to access information related to the product.

	Reported Against	Shows the objects that the issue is reported against.	Reported Against Page for an Issue

	Reference Documents	Shows any reference documents associated with the issue. You cannot add or remove reference documents if the Issue is in the Closed state.	Documents and Content

Resolved Items	-	Shows items resolved	Resolved Items Page
Routes	-	Shows routes involving the issue and provides access to create a route. You can create a route when the Issue is in any state, including the Closed state.	Routes Page and Routes Summary Page
Discussions	-	Shows the discussions related to the issue.	Discussions Page for an Object
Lifecycle	-	Lets people with the appropriate access change the state for the issue.	Lifecycle Page
History	-	Shows a log of all the actions that have occurred for the issue.	Viewing History for Content
