Resolved Items Page

An Issue or Engineering Change could resolve more than one issue. Resolved items are items that will be completed when the Issue or Engineering Change is implemented. There is no automatic promotion between the Issue or Engineering Change and the items listed on this page, so this page can be used for traceability. For an item to be listed on this page, it needs to be manually added (using the Add Existing action).

You can add any type of change object (such as ECRs, ECOs, Issues, Change Actions, Change Orders, Engineering Change, Issue) to the list of Resolved Items. You can only access Engineering Changes if you also use Engineering BOM Management, Configured BOM, or Manufacturing BOM Management.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Reader
  • App-specific: Issue Manager, Customer, Employee, Analyst

To access this page:

  1. Open the required Issue or engineering change. For more information, see Opening an Issue.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Resolved Items.

Columns

Column Name Description
Name The name of the object. Click to view the object's Properties page.
Rev The revision identifier for the object.
Type The type of object.
Description A description of the object.
State The current lifecycle state of the object.
Owner The owner of the object.
Quick access to related files. For more information, see Files Associated with an Object.
View the Properties page for the object in a separate window.
