Reported Against Page for an Issue

This page lists information about objects that the issue is reported against.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Reader
  • App-specific: Issue Manager, Customer, Employee, Analyst

To access this page:

  1. Open the required issue. See Opening an Issue.
  2. Click the Reported Against page tab.

Columns

Column Name Description
Name The name of the object. You can click to open the properties page for this person.
Revision The revision identifier.
Type The object type.
Description A description of the object.
State The current state of the object in its lifecycle.
Owner The object owner.

Actions/Toolbar Commands

Action Description For More Information
Add Existing Adds another object. Search for and then select the new object. You can add any type of object. The Advanced Search option of 3DSpace opens to let you easily enter criteria to find the specific object you want to add.

You can add objects if you have the required access on the objects being added.

Predefined Queries
Add External Only shows if your system is configured to access an external requirements management system. Opens the search dialog box from the external system so that you can select a requirement. Remove Removes checked objects, click OK to confirm. --
