Editing a Person's Group

You can add a person to an additional group, or change the groups to which a person belongs.

Required access roles to edit someone else's properties:

  • Baseline: Administrator
  • App-specific: Organization Manager, Company Representative


Before you begin:
  1. Open the required person. See Opening a Person.
  1. In the navigation pane, click Group.

    This page lists the groups to which the person has already been added.

  2. To add this person to another group:
    1. From the page toolbar or Actions menu, click Add Group .
    2. If helpful, enter search criteria for the group name and click Filter.
    3. Select the required group.
    4. Click Done.
  3. To remove this person from a group:
    1. Select the group's name.
    2. From the page toolbar or Actions menu, click Remove .
    3. Click OK to confirm.
