Bookmarks Page for a Bookmark Root Template

The Bookmarks page for a Bookmark Root Template lists the Bookmark that will be created in any Bookmark Root created based on this Bookmark Root Template.

To work with a Bookmarks hierarchy, you can click a Bookmarks name and use its Sub Bookmark category.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Contributor
  • App-specific: All

To access this page:

  1. Open the required Bookmark Root Template. See Opening a Bookmark Root Template.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Bookmarks.

Column Name Description
Name The Bookmark's name. You can click the Name to view the properties page and access the list of Sub Bookmarks for the Bookmark.
Description The description entered for the Bookmark.
Security The access permission for the Bookmark.
Opens the properties page for the Bookmark in a new window.
