The uncoupled variant and option effectivity expression
defined for the logical feature.
You can edit the effectivity until the parent logical
feature reaches the Released state. See
Building or Editing an Effectivity Expression.
Product Engineers must be licensed for both
Variant Analysis and Reuse
and
Configured BOM
to edit the effectivity.

This column can only have a value when effectivity has
been uncoupled.
