Sharing Pages

You can share any duplicate page of yours, or any page that has been shared with you and to which you were granted the write permission, with any other platform user.

There are two access rights available:

  • Write permission allows users to access, read, modify, and share the shared page.
  • Read permission allows users to access the shared page to read its content but does not allow them to modify nor share it. Users can still annotate and configure the page's charts as such modifications are only visible to the user who makes them.

Both access rights allow users to create alerts. Only the user who created an alert can edit or delete it.

Before you begin: You must either:
  • Duplicate the page that you want to share. For more information, see Duplicate a Page.
  • Have the write permission on the shared page that you want to share. To know what permission has been granted to you, see My Shared Pages Section.
