Adding a Section

You can add sections to a report or add sub sections to existing sections. This command appears only on the sections page of a report.


Before you begin: Required access roles:
  • Baseline: Owner
  • App-Specific: Template Administrator
  1. From the Templates page, open a template.
  2. From the structure view of templates, click a report for which you want to add a section.

    For more information, see Sections for Reports.

  3. From the page toolbar, click Add Section.

    Note: You can add a sub section to a container type section only.

    A list of already existing sections appears. These sections are the sections created for template.
  4. From the list, select the required sections.
  5. Click Submit.

A section is added to the report or added as a subsection to the selected section.
