- Select the cutout as the object to pattern.
- From the Model section of the action bar, click
Circular Pattern
.
- From the Axial Reference tab, click the Reference element box and select the
element defining the rotation axis.
An arrow appears on the panel. Notes:
- To define a direction, you can select an edge or a planar face. If you
select the face of a panel, the rotation axis is normal to this face.
- You can click
Reverse to invert the rotation direction. You can
also click the arrow in the
3D area.
- In the Parameters list, select the duplication type.

Instance(s) & total angle: The number of patterns specified in the Instances box is created, in the specified
direction. They are evenly spread out over the total angle.

Instance(s) & angular spacing: The number
of patterns specified in the Instance(s) box
is created in the specified direction. The patterns are separated
from each other by the angular angle value.
- Angular spacing & total angle: As many patterns as
possible are created over the Total angle. Each pattern is separated from the
previous or the next one by the angular angle value.
- Complete crown: The number of patterns specified in
the Instance(s) box is created over a complete circle (360deg).
