Using a Saved Search Query

You can use a saved search query to search for documents.


Before you begin: Ensure that a search query is saved. For more information, see Saving a Search Query.

  1. In the Open dialog box, click .
    Saved queries are listed.
  2. Select a saved query.

    Note: You cannot select multiple saved queries.

  3. Click to execute the query.

    OR

    Click to load the query.

If you

  • click , search result for query is listed in the Open dialog box.
  • click , the search criteria for the saved query is set in fields of the Search tab of the Open dialog box.
