You can create and attach a newly created document to a chapter.

Select a chapter.

To attach a new supporting document, you can do one of the
following:

Right-click the selected chapter and select
.

Select from the Edit section of the action bar.
The New dialog box appears.

Select Engineering Document or
Document.
Depending on the selection of the document type, the respective dialog box appears.
