Grouping with a Mechanism

You can use a mechanism to combine kinematic sub-elements into a single one, so it can be programmed as a single entity.

  1. Create the initial set of data, such as the fixture and clamps shown below.


  2. Create the mechanism.


  3. Populate the mechanism with the sub-mechanism assembly.


  4. Populate the mechanism with rigid constraints.
