To control the default plot panel docking, specify the option
Default plot panel docking from
Me 
> Preferences
> Systems > Behavior Modeling, the
Results tab, the
Plots group.

Plots group.
The default is Stacked, that is, the plots are stacked in the same panel, with tabs.
