Implementing Organizations

You can view the list of organizations that implement a quality system document.

Important: This app stores personal data in some settings. To follow good personal data management practices, Business Administrators might need to edit these settings to remove personal data, such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers.

To access this page:

  1. Open the required document. See Opening a Quality System Document.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Implementation.

Columns

Column NameDescription
OrganizationThe name of the organization that implemented the document.
Implementation SummaryThe description of the organization.
Implementation DateThe effective date of the document for this organization. Documents could have different effective dates for different organizations.
Implementing Org. Rep.The person acting as the organization's representative for this document. Click to view the properties for that person. See Person Properties.
LocationA comma-separated list of the locations for this organization.
Notifications EnabledIf Yes, the app sends an email reminder to the Implementing Org. Rep. if the document has not been implemented within the threshold period.

If No, the app does not send reminders.

Threshold (days)The threshold for sending reminder notifications. If the document has not been implemented within the shown number of days of the effective date, the app sends a notification (if enabled).

Actions/Toolbar Commands

To perform these actions, you must be the document owner, a Document Center Administrator, or the Subject Matter Expert for the document.

Add Implementing Organization Searches for and selects an organization to add to the current document. You can enable notifications (choose Yes or No) and specify the number of days for the threshold (if the document has not been implemented by that number of days before the effective date, the app sends the email notification).About Searches
Add Implementation Organization Representative Defines a person as the representative of the selected implementation organization for the context document.

Only Document Center Administrators can be defined as an implementation organization representative. You can only define one person for an organization; if you add a person from an organization that already has a representative defined, the new person replaces the existing one.
